PURITY FG AW Hydraulic Fluids provide excellent performance in high pressure systems. They are also designed to be used to lubricate anti-friction bearings found in various pump designs and general circulating systems. Also can also be used in air line lubricators in pneumatic systems commonly found in food packaging applications.
PURITY™ FG AW Hydraulic Fluids with MICROL™ are advanced food grade lubricants formulated to Deliver high performance and long lasting service. PURITY FG AW Hydraulic Fluids with MICROL should be used only in moderate temperatures (up to 70°C / 158°F) applications.
PURITY™ FG EP Gear Fluids provide outstanding lubrication in enclosed gears (worm operating at moderate temperatures, helical, bevel and spur) operating under normal or heavy shock-loading conditions. PURITY™ FG EP Gear Fluids can also be used in bearings and chain drives, providing long service life and clean operation.
PURITY™ FG SYNTHETIC EP Gear Fluids provide outstanding lubrication in all types of enclosed gear drives (worm, helical, bevel and spur). They are also recommended for lubricating plain and anti-friction bearings.They are especially effective in food processing applications running under heavier loads, or subject to high or low temperature extremes. PURITY FG SYNTHETIC EP Gear Fluids can also be used in bearings and chain drives, providing long service life and clean operation.
PURITY FG Chain Fluids are recommended for lubricating all types of drive and conveyor chains as well as bearings found on food processing machinery. They may be applied by brush or drip feed as well as by centralized lubrication systems.
PURITY FG Synthetic Fluids may be used to lubricate various equipment intended for producing, Manufacturing, preparing, treating or packaging food. PURITY FG Synthetic Fluid 46 may be used in screw and centrifugal compressors as well as pneumatic, hydraulic and some circulating systems where a lower viscosity fluid is recommended. PURITY FG Synthetic 100 Fluid may be used in Vane compressors, vacuum pumps and lightly loaded gearboxes where a higher viscosity fluid is Recommended.
PURITY FG Trolley Fluid is recommended for lubricating hook and trolley systems in meat processing operations.It can also be used as a low viscosity lubricating fluid for chains and conveyors, and as a Rust protective oil.
PURITY FG Seamer-E Fluid may be used to lubricate the main turrets, bearings, gears and chains of high speed seamer units that use recirculating lubrication and have a filtration system to help remove contaminants and water. PURITY FG Seamer-E fluid is also specially designed for systems using “once through” lubrication where the contamination of the lubricant with water, food juices, and sugar may occur.
Petro-Canada PURITY FG Heat Transfer Fluid is recommended for use in non-pressurized, liquid Phase, closed heat transfer systems used in food processing or pharmaceutical operations with Continuous bulk operating temperatures up to 326°C (620°F). Typical applications include central Cooking facilities, drying, edible oil deodorizing and the heating of deep frying oils.
PURITY FG WO oils may be safely used where a registered food grade or inert white mineral oil is required. General applications include incidental food contact in producing, manufacturing, processing, treating or packaging food.
PURITY FG Spray is formulated using Petro Canada’s HT base oils and fortified with specially selected Performance additives.
PURITY FG2 Synthetic and PURITY FG2 Synthetic Heavy 220 greases are recommended as multipurpose lubricants across all food processing applications such as freezers, high temperature applications including ovens, multi service bearings, canning, Bottling Equipment, and Mixers.
PURITY™ FG2 EXTREME Grease is a high viscosity, semi synthetic, heavy duty food grade grease specifically formulated for low to medium speed, heavily loaded industrial bearings operating under severe conditions.
PURITY FG CLEAR Grease is specially formulated for the food industry for use in anti-friction bearings, slides and guides throughout food processing plants.It is specifically formulated for beverage production machinery such as canning and bottling equipment.
PURITY FG2 with MICROL MAX Grease is specially formulated for the food industry, but performs equally well in these applications:
